How to file a notice
All copyright notices must be filed through our on-site form. The form will collect:
- Your electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL of the allegedly infringing material on egirlsX.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe in good faith it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice on the same form.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive multiple valid copyright notices are subject to termination.
