By creating an account or using egirlsX, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old.
3. Content you upload
You retain ownership of what you upload. You grant egirlsX a worldwide license to host, transcode, distribute, and display that content as part of operating the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
4. Acceptable use
No illegal content, harassment, hate speech, spam, or content that infringes others' rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive long-term.
6. Disclaimers
egirlsX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
